Why Change?
The concept of Work is outdated
The idea of nine to five work, five days a week, is, historically speaking, brand new.
It was introduced in 1926 by Ford Motor Company to comply with the first industrial revolution's need for a regular work schedule.
The tragedy is that the whole school system followed to prepare people to fit in that system.
Fast forward almost 100 years, technology is doing most of the industrial labor, this concept needs to be challenged.

The definition of Success is a trap
What is Success?
Many people will measure it by the car you drive, the house you live in, and the size of your bank account.
I realized that not only measuring anything in dollar amount is a losing game, but most often than not that definition of success is an attempt to pursue someone else's approval, the need to be seen and loved.
For me, success is being able to look yourself in the mirror at the end of each day and see a whole person, in line with one's values and mission, happy for the day gone, eager for the day to come, but grounded in the present moment.
